Buildings with 200+ units typically need daily lobby service and 2–3× weekly hallways and elevators. Smaller buildings with 40–80 units often manage with 3× weekly service. We assess your building and give you an honest recommendation — not what generates the most billing.
Yes. Every visit produces a written cleaning log — areas cleaned, products used, time of service, and maintenance observations. This satisfies the Condominium Act requirement to maintain common elements in good repair. The logs are accepted in City of Toronto RentSafeTO inspections.
We typically clean early morning before peak resident movement — often between 5 AM and 8 AM. We also offer after 10 PM for buildings that prefer nighttime service. The schedule is agreed in writing before we start.
