Demand is not the same across the GTA. Vaughan and Concord are our home market and ask for ongoing contracts. West and east of the city, most enquiries are construction and renovation handovers. The table below is what we genuinely get called for, area by area.

An area without its own page is not an area we cover less carefully. We build a page when there is enough measured demand to answer questions specific to that market, and not before.
Three tiers, one crew structure
Vaughan, Concord, Thornhill
Fifteen minutes from the Steeles office. Same-day response is realistic here, and this is where most of our recurring contracts sit.
Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill
Daily scheduled routes. Overnight and early-morning slots are the norm, and crews are assigned to the same buildings rather than rotated.
Mississauga, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Oakville
Scheduled and project work. Post-construction and floor programmes travel well because they are planned in advance rather than reactive.

Do you charge more for buildings further from Concord?
Travel is one of the factors in a quote, but it is rarely the deciding one. Floor area, surface mix and frequency move a price far more than distance does. We tell you at the walkthrough if location materially changes the number.
Can one contract cover buildings in several cities?
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement for property managers. One agreement, one invoice, one point of contact, with the same written scope applied at each site so standards do not drift between buildings.
My city is not listed. Do you still cover it?
Probably. The list names the areas we work in most often, not a boundary. If you are in the GTA, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can service the building properly rather than stretching to reach it.
Do you use subcontractors outside your home market?
No. The same employed, background-checked crews work every site regardless of city. Subcontracting is the usual reason standards vary between buildings in a portfolio, and it is why we do not do it.
How quickly can you start in a new area?
For recurring contracts, typically one to two weeks from an agreed scope, which covers the walkthrough, crew assignment and access arrangements. Post-construction work can usually be scheduled faster because it is a defined project rather than an ongoing route.
Are you insured across all of these areas?
Yes. WSIB coverage and five million in liability insurance apply to every site we work on, anywhere in the GTA. Certificates are provided on request before work starts.
