Before Profound Cleaning existed, we spoke with property managers and office managers across Toronto. The pattern was almost always identical — they had tried two or three cleaning companies, the first few months were fine, and then quality started slipping. Different crew every visit. Things getting missed. Complaints going nowhere.
The root problem was structural. Most cleaning companies run on a staffing model that rotates workers across many clients. Nobody owns the result. The person who cleans your office on Monday might never come back. There is no accountability when there is no continuity.
We built Profound Cleaning with one rule that changes everything — a dedicated crew is assigned to your building and stays there. They know your space, your schedule, your equipment closet, and your standards. Combined with a written scope before every visit and a completion log after, you have a system that is actually verifiable.

A dedicated team is assigned to your building before the first clean. They are trained on your space, your preferences, and your security requirements. If anything changes, you are notified first.
Written Scope + Log
Every job starts with a written scope — every area, every task. Every job ends with a written completion log. Two documents. Every time. You can verify the work without being there.
WSIB Certified & Insured
Certificate of insurance and WSIB clearance are provided before your first clean — without being asked. $5M liability. If you need us added as an additional insured, just say so.
24-Hour Resolution
Not happy with a clean? Call within 24 hours and we return at no extra charge. The completion log tells us exactly what the crew was responsible for. Disputes rarely happen because everything is documented.
No Lock-In Contracts
30 days notice on either side. No exit fees, no penalty clauses. We do not hold clients in place with contracts because we should not need to. Most clients stay well over a year — because the standard holds.
Safe Products Only
All cleaning agents are Health Canada–approved, WHMIS-compliant, and non-toxic after dry. Safe for occupied offices, medical environments, and buildings with children. Data sheets on request.
