A newly finished space needs more than routine cleaning. Construction dust can settle on every horizontal surface, while adhesive, paint spots, grout haze and packaging need different methods and tools. Cleaning too early can mean paying to clean the same surfaces again after the trades return.
We clean sites for general contractors, developers, property managers, business owners and homeowners. That includes new condo units, office and retail fit-outs, industrial spaces and smaller renovation projects. A single renovated suite may need one final clean. A larger build may need rough, final and touch-up visits scheduled around the trade sequence.

Every project starts with an assessment. These are the tasks we can include where they apply to the site; your written scope confirms the exact work.
Fine Dust and Surface Detailing
Construction dust reaches ledges, door frames, baseboards, window tracks, shelving, closets and cabinet interiors. Our crew details the accessible surfaces included in the scope, working from higher areas down to the floors.
Accessible vent covers, grilles and registers can be cleaned. Work inside HVAC ductwork is a separate duct-cleaning service.
Interior Glass, Floors and Fixtures
We clean applicable interior windows, glass doors, partitions, mirrors, frames and hardware. Protective film, labels, adhesive and paint spots are assessed by surface before removal. New and coated glass needs the right method; aggressive scraping can cause damage.
Floor work depends on the material and its condition. The scope may include vacuuming, mopping, machine scrubbing or grout-haze removal. Stripping, sealing, polishing and restoration are assessed separately through our commercial floor cleaning service. Exterior or hard-to-access glass may require a separate commercial window cleaning scope.
Kitchens, washrooms, appliances and newly installed fixtures can also be detailed for handover.
Debris and Disposal
We clear loose debris, packaging and coverings from the areas included in the clean, then stage them under the site’s disposal plan. Off-site hauling, demolition waste and large-volume bin removal should be discussed during the quote. They aren’t automatically included in a final clean.
We can flag scratched glass, damaged surfaces or unfinished trade work in the completion log. Repairs and hazardous-material abatement belong to the appropriate trades.

Schedule the Right Cleaning Phases
- Rough clean: After major construction work, while the site is still progressing. We clear initial debris and dust so finishing work can continue.
- Final clean: After dust-producing trades have finished. This is the detailed clean of the agreed surfaces, glass, fixtures, cabinets and floors.
- Touch-up: Close to PDI, opening or occupancy. We address dust that has resettled and marks left by later trade visits.
Review the Completion Log
After each booked phase, we record the areas cleaned and deficiencies noticed during the work. Your project team can use that record for its walkthrough and handover file.

Our post-renovation cleaning in Toronto uses the same scope-first approach as a new-build clean. A renovated condo unit, house or small office often needs one detailed final visit. A larger remodel with trades returning to the site may call for separate rough, final and touch-up visits.

Dust left on upper surfaces, frames and tracks can settle onto cleaned floors. We detail the accessible areas in the agreed scope and time the final visit after dust-producing work ends.

A floor may need more than a routine mop, but it may not need restoration. We assess the surface and state the proposed treatment in the quote.

Professional Equipment and Surface-Specific Methods
The equipment follows the condition of the site. HEPA-filtered vacuuming helps collect fine dust from accessible areas. Floor machines can address suitable tile, VCT and concrete surfaces across larger spaces. Detail tools and products are selected for glass, fixtures, cabinetry and newly finished materials.

The minimum job price is $350. Debris volume, glass and floor condition, site access, after-hours work and a short handover window can change the quote.
For a worked example, a 2,000 sq ft office fit-out with a final-clean scope priced at $0.30-$0.50 per sq ft would cost $600-$1,000. That example falls within the wider final-clean range; it isn’t a quote for a site we haven’t assessed.
